Cotnact:
Introduction
The RSM-DCT(F) Borehole TV Tester integrates cutting-edge image processing algorithms with a smart, motorized lifting system in a compact all-in-one design. Without the need for a central control unit, the system can be operated via a laptop for real-time monitoring. During video recording, it simultaneously generates panoramic unfolded views and vertical borehole diagrams. It also includes a built-in tilt measurement module to assess verticality while inspecting. Designed for applications such as pile core verification and structural defect observation, it accurately identifies cavities, cracks, segregation, and geological features—delivering efficient, clear, and professional inspection results.
APPLICATION
● Verify the core of the pile foundation; observe the position and extent of various defects in the concrete, such as voids, cracks and segregation.
● Observe various anomalies and defects of the prestressed pipe piles; check the status of joints; quantitatively analyze the quality of the pile body, such as fracture area and location, length, width and direction of the fracture and crack.
● Observe various features and subtle structures of boreholes’ geological body, such as stratigraphic lithology, rock structures, faults, fissures, interlayers and karst and catalogue geological histograms.

FAQs
Q
Q4: Is the system durable for deep and long-duration inspections?
+
A
A: Absolutely. The stainless steel probe is built with high-pressure (3MPa) tolerance, special sealing, and anti-fogging design. It supports testing depths up to 300 meters with a runtime of ≥10 hours, ensuring long-term, stable performance in the field.
Q
Q3: What types of defects or geological features can it detect?
+
A
A: The system is ideal for inspecting pile core samples, voids, cracks, segregation, and joint conditions. It also helps visualize rock layers, faults, fractures, and karst features in boreholes—useful for both civil and geological applications.
Q
Q2: What is the imaging quality and field of view for this device?
+
A
A: The camera captures at 5 megapixels with an image resolution of 2592×1944 and a density of 55 pixels/cm, delivering ultra-HD visuals with fast frame rates of 25 fps. It supports panoramic unfolding and 360° borehole observation.
Q
Q1: Can the RSM-DCT(F) operate without a control host on site?
+
A
A: Yes. The system features an all-in-one design with wireless laptop control, eliminating the need for a dedicated host. Operators can monitor, record, and control the system directly via a Windows 10 or above laptop.
