Introduction

The RSM-DIC(A) Intelligent Digital Image Deformation Monitoring System adopts stereo photogrammetry and advanced sub-pixel image analysis to achieve real-time, non-contact, high-precision monitoring of structural deformation. Equipped with industrial CMOS cameras, low-distortion lenses, and adaptive image algorithms, it delivers up to 0.01 mm resolution at 10 m and supports multi-station cascading up to 1000 m. The system integrates with a digital monitoring base station and a B/S architecture data platform, enabling remote access via smartphones and computers. With features like anti-interference matching, dual data backup, and smart remote control, the system ensures accurate, stable, and intelligent monitoring in complex environments for long-term safety management of major infrastructure.
