A high-precision, dual-channel, non-contact tester for static and dynamic deflection monitoring of bridges and large structures, featuring stereo photogrammetry, UAV-assisted calibration, and intelligent algorithms for real-time 3D displacement and vibration measurement across diverse engineering environments.


Introduction

The RSM-FBN(D) non-contact deflection tester, developed as part of the National Major Instrument and Equipment Development Project in 2021, applies stereo photogrammetry principles to large-scale structures such as bridges, towers, tunnels, and cranes. With dual high-speed cameras, advanced sub-pixel algorithms, and UAV-assisted self-calibration, it delivers highly accurate real-time measurements of static and dynamic deflection, displacement, and vibration. Integrated software enables guided operation, automatic recording, real-time data output, and safety evaluation, ensuring both efficiency and reliability in field applications.
