Testing Purpose & Method
The objective of the inspection was construction self-checking for pile borehole quality at the Muniushan Station group pile foundation. The ultrasonic borehole testing method was adopted to assess borehole geometry, including diameter, verticality, and wall continuity.

Key Finding: Borehole #86 showed a verticality deviation greater than 1%, exceeding design tolerance.
Follow-Up Action: The construction team immediately carried out overnight remediation, after which a re-test confirmed that verticality had been corrected.
General Outcome: Other boreholes met quality standards, with no major issues detected.
